Refund Policy
At Lonnys, we prioritize your satisfaction with purchases. To ensure a smooth return process, here is our policy.
- Returns of regular full priced merchandise are accepted within 5 days in store and within 14 days of receipt for online purchases only.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, with all original tags attached.
- Merchandise not meeting these conditions will be returned to sender at additional shipping charges.
- Outerwear, dresses, accessories and discounted items are Final Sale
To request a return, obtain an RA (return authorization) by emailing support@lonnys.com. Put "RA Request" in the subject line and specify the items for return in the email body. Once we get your email, we will approve it with the RA number - not a return label, just a tracking number for returned orders!
- If you are returning in store - please bring in the full receipt as well as the packing slip!
