    At Lonnys, we prioritize your satisfaction with purchases. To ensure a smooth return process, we offer a return policy.
    • Returns of regular merchandise are accepted within 14 days of receipt for online purchases only.
    • Items must be unwashed, unworn, with all original tags attached.
    • Merchandise not meeting these conditions will be returned to sender at additional shipping charges.
    • Refunds for free-shipped orders will deduct a flat shipping rate.

    To request a return, obtain an RA (return authorization) by emailing support@lonnys.com. Put "RA Request" in the subject line and specify the items for return in the email body. Once we get your email, we will approve it with the RA number - not a return label, just a tracking number for returned orders!
