Do you have sizing information?
Yes! On each product detail page, right underneath the price, you can find a link that starts with the word "Fit." Clicking on that link will take you to a pop-up page that contains our size chart. This size chart should be used as a general guide as sizes will vary between designers. We do give suggestions on the size of each product immediately after the word "Fit" to help guide you in choosing the correct size for that item. Do you take orders by phone?
Yes! Please call us at 1-877-566-6971 to place your order over the phone. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
I live in Long Island, can I come try the items on?
Yes! We have 5 locations throughout Long Island. To find the one closest to you,visit our stores page.
Can I split my payments between 2 different credit cards?
Yes! You will need to place your order over the phone in order to split the payment between two cards. Please call us at 1-877-566-6971 to place your order.
Why can't I pay using a Gift Card from a major credit card company like Visa or MasterCard?
You can! Our website cannot process these types of credit cards, however, you can always call us at 1-877-566-6971 and place your order over the phone.
When will my order ship?
It all depends on when you place your order and where the item you purchased is located. If your item is available in our Merrick location, it will ship out within 24 hours of your purchase (Monday - Friday). All orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting on the following Monday. If your item is available in one of our other locations, it may take between 42-78 hours to process your order. How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed and we have sent it out from our shipping location, you will receive an email containing your shipping tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment online at UPS.com or USPS.com depending on the method used.
I need my order fast, how do I know when it will arrive?
For specific delivery requests, we ask that you please call us and let us know when you need your order. We will do our best to make sure we get it to you when you need it. PLEASE NOTE: Simply ordering overnight shipping without calling us will not guarantee that you will get your item the next day. Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel an order up to 48 hours after you placed the order as long as it has not been shipped. Once an order has shipped, you will need to follow the return policy stated on our website.
Can I return my order?

Will I be charged sales tax?
You will only be charged sales tax if you are in New York state. Orders from all other states will not be charges sales tax.
Do you price match?
We do price match on a case by case basis. If you see an item we carry on another website at a lower price, please email us at email@example.com including the link to the item on the other site.
Do you offer Free Gift Wrapping?
Yes! Once you are in your shopping bag, you will see an "order options" section underneath your merchandise. "Gift Wrapping" is listed as an order option with a selection box to the right of it. Please check the box if you would like to have your item gift wrapped. If you have any other special instructions for the package, please write them in the"order notes" box at the bottom of the page.
Can I pick up my purchase in store?
Yes! Please indicate the store location where you would like to pick up your merchandise in the "order notes" section of your shopping bag. You will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org letting you know when your item will be available for pickup at that location.
Can I return an item I bought online in stores?
If you fulfill the criteria for a full refund outlined in our returns page, you may return your item in our Merrick location only. If you are returning an item for store credit, you can do so at the Merrick location, but the credit you receive will only be valid online, not instore. If you would like to exchange an item for the exact same item in another size or color, you can do that at any of our locations but must indicate that your original purchase was online.
Why was I able to order an item that is out of stock?
Sometimes, when items are being transferred between stores for customers, they appear as available online even though they are sold. When this happens, you will be able to order something online, but we may not be able to fulfill the order. If we do not have the item you ordered in stock, we will call the vendor to see if we can get the item to fulfill your order. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will email you letting you know the item you ordered is out of stock and we also void your order.
